crochet issues
So...crochet is something I feel like I should learn for the sake of learning it. I haven't actually wanted to learn, but I wasn't sure why. I've had the Happy Hooker book for some time now, and I like some of the patterns. I have a set of hooks that I bought a while ago, but I've only used it for end-weaving and provisional cast-ons. I've even had some free time recently, yet I still felt no desire to learn the craft. Then it finally came to me. It's an aesthetic thing. For some reason, I don't really like the look of most crocheted fabric. Of course, that brings up a new question...but at least I've cleared that little bit up.
